The timing is horrible. And it’s different for everyone. Standing next to my nephew, both requesting exact same rides from A to B and mine says 8 minutes, his 74. So I click on accept ride…. 44 min. Showed up at 33. Happens WAY too often to be reliable for appointments, work, and other time sensitive tasks. Great service, just need accurate times!
