User Reviews
So, because of different things going on recently, I wanted to take some mental health type tests to try to ascertain where I am now versus at other points in my life.
With this app, I saw the low rating, but also saw the amount of people who used it was incredibly low. So it could have meant they just didn’t like it?
The only other review for this app that I saw, more or less said that: while the questions were ok but they thought the test was too basic… and they didn’t like the results portion/ found it a waste of time.

For myself, the test was actually surprisingly helpful after reading the other review.
In that with the categories I felt the questions were well organized and it can help to figure out where a person is now versus the past.
This test reminded me of the mental health tests they have at doctor’s offices to screen for depression/risk.
Except this test went into more categories, allows people to put the amount they agree or disagree from -100 to 100, spaced apart by intervals of 10. Example: For agreeing going from 0, 10, 20, up to 100. Same is true for disagreeing. So I used this test to figure out exactly where I am with my current situation compared to previously.
I do wish that as part of the results, or maybe before the results - it had a summary of the questions asked and our responses.
As well as a way to share that data with a link or export. Although, I could just screenshot things if there was a summary.
I have many ideas for the developer if they’re willing to do anything with the app. I realize it likely didn’t get the response they may have wanted, so I’m not really expecting them to do more with the app. But I do like how this app truly did help me with figuring out where I’m at with different areas. I’ve had severe mental health issues since 2016 and even before that I had many traumatic events. Before that I would have scored high with childhood aces.
So this app having the different categories. The questions and ratings. It’s helped me figure out my current situation compared to the past and it’s in a very easy format!
With some of the questions, I hadn’t been asked in years, because I already knew I was struggling but didn’t really have a way to easily evaluate differences.
If others should read this review, I have never spoken with the creator of the app or seen anything that lead me to this app. Just saying, my review is 100% genuine.
I will use this app again to go over information with my counselor and psychiatrist- I think it’s a great addition to my mental health proverbial toolkit.
Note: Between the categories, there are ads to unlock each category but the ads for me were like 10 to 15 seconds? Could even close out of them early. They weren’t really an issue for me, but letting people know they are there.
End Note: I do feel the categories, questions, and ability to score close to how you currently feel are the best things about this app.
The results at the end, don’t give a percentage score, this isn’t a gimmicky type of test just kind of scoring a percentage.
This feels like a medical test, that for me was very helpful and I appreciated at the end they gave some strategies for some help but they didn’t overstep. They didn’t try to diagnose. They just gave some ideas for helping with issues.
Huge kudos from me!

Took the whole test. The questions are fine. The results don’t really give you any kind of insight into your condition whatsoever. The results only show what questions you answered the highest. Kind of a waste of time

You can’t see the whole question
