2026-08-10	Le*****	Very disappointed with Avici. I have been waiting over a week for my refund and have already provided all the requested information, including my bank statement and new IBAN. I keep receiving the same response that the issue is being checked, but there is still no clear resolution. Please resolve this refund issue and return my money as soon as possible.

2026-01-31	sp*****	DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY HERE. I tested this app so you don't have to lose your funds. It is full of bugs and deceptive practices: 1. The "Free" Card is a Trap: They claim the card is free, but hidden fees eat up your deposit immediately. 2. Apple Pay Fail: The app claims to support Apple Wallet, but it fails with a "Could Not Add Card" error. The card is useless. 3. Hidden Fees: 5% spread on crypto top-ups (USDT to USDC) without warning. 4. Ghost Transactions: Top-ups show as "Success" but the money never reaches the card balance, and the transaction history says "No activities yet." 5. Withdrawal Nightmare: Swaps fail repeatedly, and withdrawing your remaining crypto is impossible due to technical blocks. My money is stuck. Stay away and use a reputable provider instead. My referal for support to identify my account « DLMM0S » so that I can be refunded.
