I keep receiving the same response that the issue is being checked, but there is still no clear resolution. Please resolve this refund issue and return my money as soon as possible.

This app discriminates against Vietnam; it exists in all countries except Vietnam. Support messages go unanswered, and messages sent to groups are deleted, resulting in a messaging ban.
