We have emailed to try and get the service cancelled because our WiFi completely stopped working. There has been no response. It worked okay for about 4-5 months and then just quit. We keep getting charged for the internet we can no longer use or access. We have tried help forums, googling, emailing, etc. to no avail and the company will not respond. Would give this zero stars if I could, DO. NOT. RECOMMEND. Willing to update review, contingent upon the company canceling our service and refunding the money that has been taken from our account from when our Internet no longer worked.
