2026-06-30	wh*****	I ignored the reviews and got the service because the rep on the phone lied to make the sale. Promising fiber optics and saying they owned the rights to the already laid wires. The service arrives as a 5G hotspot essentially that I NEVER used cause the signal was so poor. I paid them $300 for allowing myself to get scammed and THEN in order to charge me $400 of non return fees the NEXT REP says wait for the return label in the mail. Luckily a week later, I called again today saying I didn’t get it and they said that’s not even an option. Is this a legitimate scam?!

2026-05-23	Tu*****	Just save yourself the headache and frustration and buy Starlink. If you live in a rural area, just know you will average speed between 1-5MB a second. The service is spotty at best and there will be many times a day that you will get no service at all. I wouldn’t recommend this service to someone I hate.

2026-03-31	Bj*****	I have used EarthLink for decades, but this Account Management app is completely nonfunctional on my iPad. I am also unable to change Settings in my Earthlink e-mail app as directed to make this separate app work. Pretty disappointing overall. My iPad is entirely up to date, so that isn’t the problem. C’mon Earthlink, you can do better.
