They increase prices with notifying with an email. They ASSUME their customer actually reads monthly statement. Who reads statements on routine amounts. Clearly earthcrap sold to some foreign company or country. CS don’t speak English. Suspect translation S/W used.

A) Why is there a big pause after each character I enter in the Search field? B) Why is every entry dated with the same date? How is this helpful in a search? It’s not helpful! And I’m paying for this?!
