Zero functionality. Cant click on anything. Checking for outages doesn’t work. Asking to chat doesn’t work. Submitting a ticket doesn’t work. The App simply doesn’t work. Fire whoever made it and hire someone to fix it!

Got app because when I call in it says I can check outages. Had an outage yesterday and the app only shows a Google Maps address of my house. I already know where I live! No mention of outages at all. Even as I zoom out it doesn’t show any outages anywhere, yet internet was down all day. 🤦 Back to calling in, I guess.
