Login does not remember user; requires OTP and has no Face ID support (frequent re-logins).
Billing issues: late fees despite on-time payments; incorrect payment status when using Apple Pay.
Stability issues: app crashes/force closes and inconsistent performance; connection problems during payments.
UI/UX limitations and feature gaps: maintenance portal is subpar, not all options available, announcements underutilized.
Limited payment options: cannot split payments across roommates; no multi-account or multi-card support.
