User Reviews

Users appreciate the QR-based login and the idea of a combined logon/lock-unlock experience, especially the biometric flow. However, multiple reviews highlight persistent prompts to enable autofill and serve as a password manager, with requests for a 'don't ask again' option. The mandatory passkey requirement and lack of Apple Watch support add friction, leading some users to uninstall despite the potential convenience.
Pros
  • QR code login is straightforward.
  • Convenient logon and lock/unlock workflow with the app.
  • Biometric-based login (Face ID) works well when enabled.
  • Overall concept is valuable and can simplify authentication.
Cons
  • Frequent prompts to set Smart Log On as the password manager / autofill source.
  • Cannot disable or remember 'don’t ask again' for autofill prompts, causing ongoing friction.
  • Passkey requirement forces a choice between this app and existing password managers, causing annoyance.
  • Some reviews report uninstalling due to the persistent prompts and friction.
  • Limited Apple Watch compatibility adds extra steps and friction.

I am going to break this into two parts… the logon part of the password manager part Background I was provided this an an option to logon to my work workspace. I am not paying for it. This review is my experience with it Logon Using the QR code to log on is straightforward. If it were only the functionality, I would be happy. There are no issues with that User experience I hate it. Every time I open the app to log on, it asks if I want to have it as my password manager. I use proton pass as my manager. I am not going to change yet it asks me every time. If I click ‘yes’, I now have to choose which manager to use every time I fill in a password. It is horribe. What would make it better I don’t mind if offering more functionality but allow me to answer “no and don’t ask again”. For now, I just enter my password because it is not worth the headache

I don’t want it today. I don’t want it tomorrow. Stop asking every time I use the app.
