Can’t login in to the app no help desk to connect to, no help from anyone! This app sucks!!!!!! The state knows that it sucks and refuses to update the app to give us real help! Logins disappear times don’t sync up it’s a mess!

This app lags upon logging in and logging out causing horrible delays logging of tmes up to 3-5 mins for it to recognize and log the action. Put a direct support link to your app/company Medical professionals do not have b extra time to play around searching your site for a way to report. It shows you b know there’s a issue and hope we give up the search to report before we find the link.
