• Move through the visit, step by step Clear buttons for Start Trip, Mark Arrived, Start Service, and Complete Service guide you through each stage. Your status is shared with the patient in real time, so they always know where you are.

• Chat with your patient in-app Send a quick note ("I'll be there in 10 minutes") or share an update mid-visit. Conversations stay attached to the booking, so context never gets lost.

• Upload visit reports & documents Snap a photo of a vitals sheet or upload a PDF directly from the visit screen. Reports are saved against the right booking automatically.

ABOUT LOCATION & PRIVACY

Insta Connect uses your location only while you're on the clock, so we can show your ETA to the patient and confirm you've arrived safely. You can see exactly when tracking is active from the notification on your home screen. We never share your location outside the visit you're assigned to.
