• Clock in with confidence. Verified check-in and check-out using your phone's location, so the office knows you arrived and left when you said you did.

• Write care notes that count. Log medications given, ADLs completed, vital signs, mood, intake, sleep, and incidents — using structured fields that map to your agency's documentation standards.

• Add photos when it matters. Snap a photo of a wound, a medication label, or a finished task and attach it to the note. Photos stay encrypted and tied to the shift.

• Sign and complete your shift. Tap to review the day, edit if needed, and sign with your PIN. The summary goes to your coordinator and the family portal automatically.
