I felt this was the first app that actually made it easy and fun to gain muscle. Workouts are customizable but the generated workouts are good too. Genuinely love this app.

I don't typically write reviews, but the progress I've seen with Gravl made me want to share my experience.
For the past three years, I've been consistently working out, lifting weights, and tracking my progress using Fitbod. While it was helpful, I often found myself frustrated because I didn't feel like I was seeing the results I expected from all the effort I was putting in.
About six weeks ago, I decided to switch to Gravl, and the difference has been incredible. In just six weeks, I've seen more noticeable progress than I ever did using Fitbod.
One of the biggest improvements has been the rest times. Gravl's recommendations feel much more accurate, which has allowed me to recover properly between sets, lift heavier, and push myself more effectively during workouts.
The result has been increased strength, better performance, and visible progress in a surprisingly short amount of time. If you're serious about strength training and tracking your results, Gravl has been a game-changer for me. The only thing I wished is they would count a cardio session as a workout day.
