2026-06-01	pu*****	Just like others I can’t login or set passcode. Deleting and reinstalling app doesn’t help. We shouldn’t need to contact support. This is a widespread issue for months.

2026-05-04	Ka*****	I know updates are needed to add new features however it seems like it’s not test fully. The thump long in was temperamental and not the verify check for a mobile deposit just kicks the app out.

2026-05-03	A!*****	Every update is stupid. The verification process is always changing which is good for protecting information but it’s truly a pain to log in. My family has not been able to access information for 3ish weeks because the new verification to get into the apps is not working at all.

2026-05-02	WP*****	So glitchy. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app because FaceID wouldn’t work, I had no option to use my username and password, and when I tried to use my pin, the app would say the function was not available

2026-04-17	Ja*****	Most of the time the deposit checks doesn’t even work. When it does, and it’s finished, the DONE. Button doesn’t work and you have to close out of the application and sign back in. Very frustrating
