First Bank’s latest software update from 2 weeks ago has locked me out of the app on my 6th Generation iPad (purchased in 2018) It shows that IOS 18.4 is required for the First Bank app, but my iPad shows that is is current with IOS 17.7.11. I can no longer check my banking info. Since my iPad shows that my IOS version is up-to-date (with automatic updates turned ON), I don’t think reaching out to Apple will help. First Bank should not lock out a customer by requiring a certain IOS version if the device’s IOS version is up-to-date according to Apple. What recourse do I have? HELP!
