Recent reviews
Most of the time the deposit checks doesn’t even work. When it does, and it’s finished, the DONE. Button doesn’t work and you have to close out of the application and sign back in. Very frustrating Update: still terrible! every time I try to deposit a check it completely drops out of the app to my home screen I’ve deleted it, reinstalled it, and same thing happens and happens. Software needs to be fixed.

I know updates are needed to add new features however it seems like it’s not test fully. The thump long in was temperamental and not the verify check for a mobile deposit just kicks the app out.

Every update is stupid. The verification process is always changing which is good for protecting information but it’s truly a pain to log in. My family has not been able to access information for 3ish weeks because the new verification to get into the apps is not working at all.
