Immediately downloaded when I saw Danial Laizans promoted the App on his IG. There are plenty of exercises to choose from but programs are lacking. There are only three programs that are separated by beginner, intermediate and advanced. They offer a work out of the day which I believe is a great feature. I did one of the featured workouts and got slayed however, I felt strong and accomplished. DOPE! I begin the intermediate program. I am met with problems. There is no guided warmup/ cool down, stretching or mobility exercises to follow. WACK! I live in Japan and I’m actually a day a head but in the app I’m forced to live in the past; my Wednesday leg day is the app’s Tuesday rest day and I cannot “skip” it. WACK! I decided to pick a featured workout. Everything was fine until I arrived to “timed” exercises. I went over time, in essence completed two sets. The skip feature does not exist and again, I’m forced to submit to the app until it’s done. WACK! in the end I believe this app to have potential but it’s lacking BASIC features. Features that lets ME control the app, not the other way around. MADBARZ or calistenapp are good to go. I don’t like the UI. Simple calisthenics offers a strength, hypertrophy and even a deload phase. DOPE. I feel this app need a bit more development before I pay to use. Danials co sign makes me trust the development but eventually, the app becomes meretricious.
