2025-03-10	QI*****	The UI is so mis-leading. Nothing clearly states the tickets are non refundable until I complete the checkout. Immediately after I realized I bought the wrong tickets, I called support to correct the purchase and they refuse to cancel and refund. Be careful when using this service. Worst experience ever.
