I work from home, and on days that I cannot make it to the studio I love an at home workout to fit in some movement! I have tried it all (dancebody, sculpt society, etc) and while those are wonderful workouts, I have never been more committed than when I began S&S. I am a self-taught natural foods chef, so you are such an inspiration to me with cooking as well as an exceptional teacher/educator in the fitness space. Am so grateful for this product :)
