I’ve been using this app for about 8+ years. It has just gone so downhill. The app itself is outdated compared to other fitness instructor apps. When this app was first designed, there were lots of incentives like earning points to get free gear, live workouts, a bunch of new workouts every month. Now you’re lucky if you get one new workout per month, which means that you are recycling through the same ones all the time it’s very repetitive and it’s become boring. This app has been forgotten over the years. It’s not updated- There’s better ones out there.

This is a wonderful app. Been using it for years. Monthly calendars with workout recommendations plus a whole library full of workouts. Rebecca is energized and fun to workout with.
