| 2026-07-19 | Re***** | I never write any review but the fact that I downloaded the app immediately did not like it and tried to delete the account and now it is not letting me is horrendous! | |

| 2026-07-15 | Ai***** | I’ve been using Lift card for a while now. It makes tracking my workouts significantly easier. And has absolutely no hidden pay walls. It also has constant updates that improve the interface making it more user friendly. Would absolutely recommend! | |

| 2026-07-12 | ON***** | Went on vacation and cane back to a lot of updates on the app. I was disappointed to see that the sliding left and right feature was replaced because i really loved the color coding as it helps visually. I also hate that if I already started a set, and midway through wanted to switch to unilateral for my last set, I would have to manually go back and edit my previous sets that were not unilateral to make it so that they aren’t tracked. It’s super annoying so all i hope is that the feature gets tweaked so that it doesn’t affect ALLL of the completed sets and just specific ones of my choosing. The sliding left and right feature was perfect 😢 | |

| 2026-07-10 | Le***** | Not worth it for the following reasons - always changing formatting around, making it difficult to use on a consistent basis - weights constantly being changed from kilos to LBS - PRs not being tracked | |

| 2026-07-02 | bi***** | Guys let me tell y’all, I’m in the discord for this app and all the work for this app’s development is being done by one guy. He’s so responsive to requests and suggestions, doesn’t sell your data, and doesn’t charge anything to use the app. I’ll always support and use this one long as I can🫡 | |

| 2026-07-01 | Jo***** | Do not get this app. The entire point of an app like this is to track progress and weights. I've been using this app for the past year and with all the updates it makes it super difficult to manage and track what my specific exercises are. I've had to basically make every exercise I do into a custom exercise because of each update changing thr exercise selection. This is just a complaint though. The main issue I have with the app is that it never "remembers" my progress. I could take a break for a week and then I go add an exercise to a workout to find my weight is gone. I've had to guess multiple times what specific weight I've done which is ridiculous considering tracking progress is the entire point of the app. Very disappointed. | |
