You can replace workouts for something similar to target muscle group. Super convenient and adding it to your phone as a widget is a constant reminder to stay on your A game and track the foods you eat throughout the day. The ai camera scanner damn near nails the macros from just a photo. You can make adjustments like (cottage cheese not sour cream) and it fixes for you. Thank you devs for this app to help me stay on track and have a better road map to meeting my goals.
