2026-05-15	kr*****	They used a bait and switch tactic to get business. I signed up for tutoring on SUPER PROF (where they had created a fake account using AI). When I went to my free consult, the tutor i signed up for was mysteriously unavailable and they had me transfer over to their app. But they didn’t reveal that this was a completely different company until AFTER they had taken payment. I asked to purchase 12 classes as a ONE time payment, and instead they signed me up for a monthly billing cycle. When I got charged a 2nd time, they denied my refund. Then told me in order to get a refund, I needed to purchase another month. Total scammy and gross behavior. I had to go through my bank to dispute the charges and I won’t be using them again. (My tutor was great but the management was terrible).

2026-03-25	Cu*****	SCAM ALERT! BEWARE. Their tutor found me on a different platform. Scheduled me, canceled me, rescheduled me with a different tutor, then got me to move to this platform. Pay money, scheduled. My tutor didn’t show up and continue to refuse to refund my money even in the first week where they supposedly allow refunds.
