I wish this were a better experience because I love the clients. The best part is the availability of leads who genuinely want to be helped. However, the platform CONSTANTLY has technical issue. Like every other day there is something wrong. The team can be slow to respond or unresponsive all together. And when there is a response, plenty of times the issue doesn’t even get solved. You get penalized for turning down too many leads, but they constantly double book demos or book demos at times you already have clients. You have to change availability so often because the calendar doesn’t sync to what’s already been booked through the company. To top it off, demos are always assigned last minute and sometimes they only give you a few minutes to reply. There also is no process for late cancellations or no shows. You could schedule 30 sessions in a week and if no one shows up you don’t get compensated for your time. You don’t get a bonus or commission for selling the client, so even if you convert a lot it doesn’t mean you’re going to get paid well and that’s really frustrating. I could go on because these are a few of many issues. It just is not enjoyable at all to work with the company, unfortunately.

Won’t upload photos or type words or do anything useful

The main complaint I have is that you can accept demos, but that doesn’t automatically get them- and the frustrating part that led me to delete my account is that they wait till last minute to allot demos, which means you actually get to teach them. The system with demos does not allow you to receive payment for them, so as a tutor you can easily be robbed of your time and effort. In addition, the way the app and website work for different functions feels broken and I was not given proper explanation of all that this complicates. I had to ask ChatGPT to figure out how certain things work.
