They claim that you have 15 days to cancel your lessons package, but they conveniently forgot to mention that there’s a 7.5% transaction processing fee for cancellations. In my opinion, that’s outright fraud. I purchased a 20-lesson package and wanted to reduce it to 10 lessons. I contacted Wiingy’s customer service, and a lady persuaded me to try a few lessons first and then decide if I wanted to change my package. However, according to their policy, once you start a lesson, you can’t request a refund. She was lying on my face! I initially filed a dispute with my bank, but I later canceled it because I do like my tutor. So, I decided to stick with the 20-lesson package. But I’m not happy with this platform
