Astound Mobile

So it got better at some point and at least you didn’t have to login again every time you open the app. Even the lamest websites have figured this long time ago let alone native apps! Well, login got broken again and now you have to login every single time. The services page will now finally show you the options but no use of it anyway as you cannot enable or disable ANYTHING roaming or international calling related anyway like on the website so why bother in the first place. Even customer support has difficulty using these so I guess these are just decorative to fill-in the wast emptiness and lack of any features. All this app provides is your data usage for the current billing cycle but even that doesn’t work smooth - it keeps showing all zeroes no matter how many times you refresh the page and no matter how many times you reload the app. You mist switch tabs and ho back to Home tab to see the actual usage. Nothing else works. I cannot believe how bad this app is even after months of users testing it and reporting issues and Apple actually allowed this app to be added to the store?!

I’ve reviewed this before but I guess it’s gone? App doesn’t work STILL. They responded with the same meaningless form answer to contact them, to which I got NO reply, and I’m sure no one else has. No need to reference anything astound, your app is just broken so fix it or remove it. What’s the point even? It’s been over a month and I’m a new customer. Now I download it and right away it opens to the error, doesn’t even work once like it did before. Has it gotten even worse, if that’s possible? Please fix this so I can track my data usage! And don’t bother responding, you literally don’t need anything from me, just fix the app!
