Terrible customer support farmed out from other countries I’ve been unable to solve my texting issues like from my doctor or an app like Capriotti’s when my third month is up I’m getting rid of it

I’ve had Mint Mobile for two months or so and at first it was pretty good, but suddenly my service seems horrible now it takes me multiple tries to get my hotspot to work. And as far as calls, it’s like my service area suddenly changed where I don’t have service where I used to. I go to make a call and it just sits there and does not go through but says calling.. I’m very disappointed as I was hopeful that this would be a good service. When I had Verizon prepaid, my service was significantly better. I didn’t have dead spots and my calls always went through my hotspot always worked. I’m not sure why when I first opened the plan it seemed to work perfect but now after the initial trial. The service has decreased significantly.
