2024-09-12	La*****	Took several weeks to get a picture book. When it arrived the quality was so poor it was unusable. I reached out to them several times to fix it and they did not respond. Save your money and use another company!

2024-09-01	my*****	Pretty sure this app is a scam. I think all the good reviews are probably bots. I bought from them almost a month ago and haven’t received any updates. They said my book would take 7-8 days to ship and it’s been over 20 days and it still says processing. There’s no way to contact support and when you search this app online you can’t find anything about it. Save your money and find a better app/website.

2024-04-22	Dv*****	Just received my book in the mail. So disappointed. Photos were cut off pages, text was cut off and ran off pages, photos were distorted, the hardcover had odd, random seams. It all looked good when I hit submit, but what I received was all out of whack. I contacted the company via their email and I get no response. Don’t waste your time here. There is no recourse if you are disappointed, and you will be. All of these positive reviews must be from bots.
