Recent reviews

I love my Chatbooks given they are a great way to capture memories. However, if you need customer service this is where my rating declines. The first time I needed customer service the individual was very friendly and wanted to help solve my issue and made the experience great. The second time I needed assistance, unfortunately I did not get the same experience. Any organization who values the customer experience understands that consistency is key. I felt that the new customer service representatives only goal was to prove me wrong rather than meet listen to understand and assist. I eventually gave up and decided it was not worth the back and forth. Now I no longer wish to maintain my subscription, not a great way to maintain customer retention.

The books are good, print quality is just ok. But the worst part was that they increased my subscription fee without my consent, and when I said I don’t want the higher price, they said if I cancel my 8 book credits that I already paid for will be expire in 30 days, instead of the 6 months that I had! I would not recommend this.

I had not ordered from chatbooks in YEARS, I just received an email saying that $10.82 was charged to my account. I did not authorize this payment so I logged into my chatbooks and deleted my account. I emailed the company, was told that it was their error and that they cannot refund my money because I deleted my account. Unprofessional and will never do business with them again, I hope that you do not either. I am now going to need to dispute these charges with my bank and hope to get a refund.
