Recent reviews

This is the fifth PastBook I have ordered and all of the previous ones have been very nice. This one used up three pages to show months of the year circled, I guess to show dates of pictures. It as advertised as 40% off for Mother’s Day that was not deducted from the price I was charged. When I tried to put in the discount code it was not accepted. They enlarged some photos which in some cases looked strange, and the quality and size was not the same as the other books I had ordered. All in all, a waste of money and time. I tried to cancel or pause it in order to change some of the pictures but they said it was already assembled, and said the price was 38.00 but they charged 68.00 on my PayPal account. I am wondering if this is a different company other than the one I had ordered from before.

I’ve only ever order from this company in the past and they have always turned out perfect. This time so many faces of the pictures were cut off. I’m so upset, this book is for my mom with dementia and I need the faces to be recognizable. I’m just very disappointed.
