2026-06-29	Go*****	I don’t understand other reviews. The app works well and gives good information. It was easy to setup and update. I can access my unit wherever in the world I’m at. I’m not a computer geek. This app is a good app with the best product for better air quality. I’ll update if things change.

2026-05-03	kr*****	I’m on my second air doctor AD5500i because the first one wouldn’t read temperature, humidity, etc. as it advertised. Their customer service said this was a known issue with the equipment. I just installed the replacement they sent me, and same issue. I’m also now getting “internal server errors” and it’s not reading anything at all. So, now it’s even worse. Who releases apps this terrible, is my real question. Good lord.

2026-02-24	To*****	There are no values for the air particle count. Just a scale with no information at all. It’ll show a peak in particles, but your guess is as good as mine with what that actually means. The weather part of the app hasn’t loaded since I’ve downloaded the app.

2026-01-21	Ja*****	Literally just spent 1200 dollars total on the 5500 smart purifier with an extra year supply of filters . I go to download the app and it doesn’t even connect to the app when setting everything up . Definitely a trash App ! What’s the point of spending extra money on the smart purifier if we can’t even use the feature ??? Garbage !

2026-01-10	re*****	I bought the new AirDoctor 5500 so i could connect to Wifi but the app will not allow me to create an account. I get the message that my country (US ) does not match my zip code .. I have repeatedly taken app off and reinstalled / turned off my phone and changed my zip code since my town has two. Still the same message.
