I really wanted to love these air purifiers, which is why I invested in multiple AirDoctor units for my entire home. Unfortunately, the app has become more frustrating over time instead of improving. The Wi Fi connection is constantly glitchy, devices randomly disconnect, and getting everything back online is a headache. For a premium product that costs this much, I expected a reliable app and regular improvements. Instead, it feels like the software has gone backwards. After reading the reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one experiencing these problems. I contacted customer support hoping for a solution, but they weren’t able to resolve the issue. The air purifiers themselves may work well, but the app seriously lets the whole experience down. If I had known the app would be this unreliable, I honestly would have reconsidered buying so many AirDoctor units. I hope the company starts investing in fixing the software because their customers deserve much better.
