Recent reviews

Updated review: Originally, the app wouldn’t recognize the two units I bought which was frustrating. I had a dual band SSID wifi network and that was the problem. I had to separate the two networks (individual 2.4 and 5 Ghz networks with separate names) and that fixed the problem. Now I have access to everything the app offers - especially the remote control. It’s a fantastic app once you get it to work. It gives you a ridiculous amount of information beyond a simple PM2.5 reading (i.e. VOC, CO2, temp, humidity, ability to create schedules, etc.). Haven’t had any other issues whatsoever! One of the reasons I went with Alen was the included app functionality and now I couldn’t be any happier! Highly recommend!!!

The Alen app doesn’t work. I downloaded the app 3 days ago and it constantly drops and disconnects from my iPhone and iPad. I can’t even get it to pair anymore. Not a deal breaker though. I love the machine.
