My husband and I want to use the app but they only allow 1 user. He tried to download the app and use my info but can only do this if I’m totally logged out of both of my devices! Then I tried to complain to them directly and fill out a form on their website but you need to tell them what state you live in and the alphabetical list starts with Connecticut and I live in California which is the state that has the largest amount of solar!!!!! I also have very little control over my battery compared to my other system in NY. Hello Tech support make some changes please!!!!

Sorry, but the old PointGuard version was infinitely easier to read and use, especially need to get rid of the graph that looks like one of those old history of the world graphs. Today, it looks like you have brick’d the old software and I am not amused
