Users report the iOS app frequently fails to log in after updates (CSRF/invalid credentials). The Apple Watch integration is often broken or removed. Data reliability is a recurring problem (zero-production days, calibration errors, missing details, delayed updates). Connectivity between the app and inverter is unstable. Many note no push notifications and poor support. Overall, the app is unreliable for monitoring solar generation and energy usage.

Recent reviews

If you’re interested in seeing the individual panel performance, you are better off using a laptop than a cell phone. I use an iPhone 15 Pro Max and struggle to read the small print shown on each panel. Worse than that, if you want/need to change your WiFi parameters (network name or password), you will need to pay an electrician (who is certified by SolarEdge) to come to your house and make the change. It just cost me $200 to have that done because the company that installed mine went out of business and quit paying the cell phone bill. (The monitor options are WiFi or cellular service.) You won’t know your system isn’t reporting the status/performance unless you check it! No email or text will notify you. I lost a we’d worth of info because the reporting system was trying to use cellular service for a month.
