SipPulse turns your iPhone into a professional SIP phone. Register with any standards-compliant SIP server and make high-quality voice calls over Wi-Fi, 4G, or 5G — without forwarding, number porting, or monthly per-seat contracts with a third party.

Built on PJSIP — the same open-source stack used by millions of deployed SIP endpoints — SipPulse focuses on the three things a softphone has to do perfectly: register reliably, handle calls cleanly, and stay out of the way.

CORE FEATURES

• Full SIP calling — outbound and inbound voice, with native iOS CallKit integration so incoming calls look and feel like regular phone calls. • Push-notification wake-up — receive calls even when the app is closed or the device is locked. Compliant with RFC 8599 Push Notification Parameters for registrars that support it. • Messaging — send and receive SIP MESSAGE requests alongside your calls. Conversations are grouped by contact and persist across sessions. • Contacts — keep a local directory with favorites, search, and one-tap calling, video, or messaging per contact. • Call history — see every call with direction, duration, and timestamp. Filter by missed, incoming, or outgoing. • QR-code provisioning — scan a provisioning QR from your PBX or admin portal and your account is configured in one step.

SECURITY AND QUALITY

• TLS signaling and SRTP media for encrypted end-to-end calls (when supported by your server). • HD voice with wideband G.722 when the far end agrees; graceful fallback to PCMU/PCMA on constrained networks. • Automatic NAT handling and SIP keep-alives so registration stays healthy behind carrier NATs.

STANDARDS

SipPulse works with any SIP 2.0 registrar that speaks RFC 3261 — including OpenSIPS, FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, 3CX, and most hosted cloud PBX providers. UDP, TCP, and TLS transports are all supported. No proprietary lock-in.
