Oregon ONE Mobile is the official State of Oregon app that lets you securely manage benefits on your smartphone. See application statuses (approved, denied, pending, closed), download notices, check renewal/periodic report due dates for SNAP, CASH, ERDC, and Medical Assistance, and receive time-sensitive alerts. You can also attach supporting documents and manage your ONE Online account. Available in English and Spanish.

Features include a guided tour, FAQs, and referrals for additional resources. An existing ONE Online account is required; there are no costs beyond data usage.

Should have read the reviews before installing this app. Absolutely frustrating to say the least. Downloaded the app, signed up for paperless option, clicked to view my benefits and then it just stays on loading mode FOREVER! It’s been over 20 minutes and it’s still loading?! Deleting the app…it was a waste of time.

If ur gonna force people to sign up, and download apps at least optimize them properly. Online website doesn’t even fit in ur screen and app has horrible optimization

I’m so confused. I downloaded the app to renew my OHP because it prompted me to download it and then once I created an account on the app, it says to use its website. Once I’m on the website it pops up with a screen that won’t go away and try’s go direct you to the app. So annoying and unclear. Will have to call in instead
