Recent reviews

This app cannot file paperwork. It literally does nothing going to the website on a browser can't, with the addition of not being able to update case files or file applications for services. It's just a worse version of the website, and I see no reason for this app to exist in its current iteration.

Well unless you're told from the get go you need to call and have your case linked to the online app. That means your on the phone, on hold 45 minutes or more to do this task.
