Only reason it’s two stars is because the drivers themselves are great. Management is absolutely horrendous. If you book thirty minutes ahead, it’ll come twenty minutes early and you’re not ready or aware. Book ten minutes ahead and you’ll be late by 30 minutes, at least. | |

When I contacted support - it took me 10 mins just to explain to them what had happened and they kept repeating that it is normal to be dropped off slightly away from the recorded destination. I kept telling them then it was not slightly away - it is miles away. The customer service is mostly useless - they almost certainly tell me what I already know. That my ride is away x mins. If the ride is delayed 15-20 mins also - they don’t give an option to cancel without charge. And you will be charged. Multiple times using their service - my ride has delayed 30+ mins. Most of the cases the time estimates are too ambitious | |

However recently I’ve observed a trend where drivers change, or get late, and I still have to pay the penalty if I want to cancel.
