Recent reviews

The app works great and I appreciate the savings, but it doesn’t allow me to boost the car on a charge during PEAK hours once in a while when I want charge during the day because it doesn’t connect to the car often enough so it turns off the car on my direct charging app and doesn’t connect frequently enough for me to control it better.

I enrolled in this program the moment that I heard about it. My 2021 Hyundai Kona does not have smart charging but does allow you to schedule charging days and times. The app would show that I plugged in 5 hours before I actually did and even though I had scheduled the charge to occur during off peak hours only the bulk of the charging was shown to take place before 11pm. There have been numerous “phantom” charging sessions both at and away from home. I lost count of how many emails I sent to tech support. I am waiting for my $25 sign up bonus before I delete my account . Not worth the hassle.
