I am new to Zone 2 training for Weight Loss but I am finding the app very beneficial. It’s hard for me to log into Zone 2 on a elliptical machine. Some sort of graph that tracks. My history might help me hit this sound better, but this product is pushing me in the right direction.

This app does exactly what I need! Shows you what zone you are in during a workout, tracks cumulative time in your species zone (2 for me), and tracks weekly time in zone. I am aiming for 150 minutes and this app keeps me on track

I love the app. Straightforward and perfect for tracking cardio workouts without the extraneous nonsense that so many fitness apps overcharged for. Shannon provides outstanding support, too. If you want to track cardio workouts by time spent in customizable heart-rate zones, this is a terrific choice.
