I cannot say this enough…this program was life changing for me. It has improved the quality of my life. I had severe pelvic floor trauma and DR. Through this program, I’ve regain confidence but most of all, I FELL like me again. It’s not a quick fix. This takes work, but Anna guides you through the most thought lessons each day. I love the education in this program! She thoughtfully explains every single thing you’re doing and WHY it is so important. I cannot recommend this enough! Just do it, and watch your quality of life improve.

I have been resistance training consistently for over 13 years, and I must say, I was shocked at how much I LOVED this program. I’ve been utilizing progressive overload as it pertains to strength training for quite a while. I am pretty confident in my programming and technique when it comes to the gym. But THIS program challenged me in new ways! Anna’s depth of knowledge about the woman’s body and the important role breathing and mechanics play in our training (also in our daily lives) is unmatched! I learned SO much about breath work and pelvic floor. I am ashamed to say that I’ve never taken the time to focus on these areas, but Anna’s program has it all built in! So, it takes out the extra work and focus I’ve always avoided because I just wanted to train hard! I can’t say enough about this woman and her programs. Do yourself a favor and subscribe immediately. There are so many varieties and extras that you can add in to your training regimen, or you can just follow what she’s already written! 10/10!!!
