Users report the app as unreliable: repeated login failures, loading errors, and broken provider/benefits access. Navigation is clunky and it often behaves like a wrapper to a web page. The few positives note responsive insurance staff, but overall app usability is a major pain point.

Pros

Always there when I need my insurance and co payments. Very nice staff.

Frequent login/authentication failures; the app often doesn’t recognize usernames/passwords and biometrics.
The app frequently fails to load or shows errors such as 'Something went wrong' or stays on a loading screen (including Error 500).
Provider/benefit access is broken; cannot view doctors or dependents, and provider searches fail.
Poor navigation and overall usability; the app feels clunky and like a wrapper to a web page.
Inconsistent behavior between web and mobile; web login may work while the app cannot log in or access information.

Recent reviews

I will never understand why you would create an app that has links to a website. That is so lazy and honestly it’s very confusing to the consumers. The app literally only tells you balances and your member information if you’ve been lucky enough to find everything that you’re looking for, good for you but I literally have to go to the website to find anything which reiterates my title …useless.
