Login and account access is broken or extremely difficult (can't locate accounts, random usernames, login failures)

Onboarding and security are painful (very long passwords, frequent changes, confusing direct-deposit setup)

Recent reviews

In the Account page, I scroll down to view the list of claims, but within a second of the action I am at the top of the page, almost like a reload was triggered. I scrolled down a 1/4 inch at a time and got about 10 claims down, but then it reloaded the page and I was back at the top again. So I cannot view almost all claims. If this is updated, I will change my rating.
