2026-01-02	s3*****	I have to use this app for mobility ride services to get to and from work, it’s awful sadly. Even though it used to (barely) work, it now has a glitch where I can’t even enter a new addresss to go to! Instead it just starts acting like a search engine and saying the address I entered “could not be found.” Now all I can do is take rides I’ve already added, and call for any others. I’m not even sure if the developers care about this app anymore but PLEASE fix it! I’m willing to use it if y’all just fix the problems that prohibit me from doing so.

2024-07-09	Li*****	No driver available for my first booking, which was made three days in advance. Driver found for my second booking made over a week prior but he cancelled in the middle of the night the day of my surgery. 😩 Since it’s staffed by volunteers, there’s no incentive for drivers to drive and no consequences for late canceling on riders. Deleting this app. It’s just not worth it.

2024-05-21	pd*****	Downloaded and set up according to American Cancer Society instructions worked well. Entered first requested trip, which is five weeks out so I don’t expect drivers to accept so early report back in a few weeks.

2024-05-21	Ap*****	I was able to use the app one time following setting up account and making one reservation. Called several times for troubleshooting and tried everything without success. Received a call months later stating that the app issue was fixed. Tried app again and the same nothing is happening. Dealing with this only adds more stress to a stressful situation, so I would try and find other means of transportation. 🥺

2024-05-08	Tr*****	For someone who has cancer(Myself) this app is useless. I schedule 3 days early for assistance getting to and from my appointments and every time these people cancel literary an hr after scheduling I’m giving them 3 days notice before time and they still cancel. This app is a joke and I’m finally deleting this app after this review. This app needs to be shut down. Very disappointing.

2024-04-10	a *****	I just downloaded the app and after following directions properly and adding my information, everything came up. Now what may be different for me is how I got to the app. I was working with the cancer road to recovery people and they scheduled everything before I downloaded the app. All I had to do was put in my name and then the ID number they gave me and the app took care of the rest. I believe the app is dictated by the website, so entering your info there will translate it to the app. I haven't tried to schedule or change anything via the app yet, I only looked and saw my next 11 appointments to and from are listed. I could book additional trips etc. So if anyone is having issue's, it's likely user error somewhere along the way. I'm handling business for my mother and if she was perfectly healthy she still would struggle with the newer ways of handling one's affairs if you know what I mean. Different eras blah blah blah. I hope this was somewhat helpful because if you're here at all I know you're going thru it 🫶
