User Reviews

User reviews note HeartFit can provide useful health information and readings and is easy to use with a camera-based HR method, with some praising its usefulness. However, many reviews cite a paid-subscription model and misleading free-trial promises, plus promised features (blood glucose/blood pressure) that aren’t available. Additional concerns include inaccurate readings, billing/cancellation problems, and device compatibility issues on newer iPhones. Overall, the app is seen as useful but hampered by marketing, feature-gap, and billing problems.
Pros
  • Useful health information and helpful readings
  • Easy to use with finger/camera-based heart rate measurement
  • Offers broader health information beyond heart rate
  • Generally positive sentiment with some reviewers describing it as amazing/awesome
Cons
  • Paid subscription with a misleading free trial or free-access promise
  • Promised features (blood glucose/blood pressure) are not available or advertised as functional
  • Inaccurate or inconsistent heart rate readings (first reading may be wrong)
  • Billing and cancellation problems (charges after cancellation, attempts to charge despite cancellation)
  • Compatibility/technical issues on newer iPhone models (app may not work reliably on certain devices)

Ok, I agree with a previous reviewer. Open the app for a day or two when one signs up; then let them decide to pay for the full content. I’m not going to pay you in advance and then hope you won’t charge me should I decide it’s not for me. It looks great, but I need to use it before deciding.
