I paid for a year’s subscription, and when I signed on the app, they charged me $9.99 a week. I need to make sure I was charged both amounts. Patiently awaiting your response.

This app I canceled and deleted and yet it’s still trying to charge my credit card. I go in to look at my subscription and it shows canceled but yet why still try and take money out my account . I’m really thinking about going back to a android because Apple needs to get it together frfr
