The app doesn’t work

Hi, I want to cancel this subscription but don’t see any option. It’s really bad to get people into the subscription without any option to unsubscribe. I don’t like the app as I thought it would do sugar level test also, which it doesn’t. Please respond me with steps to subscribe. Otherwise I will instruct my card company to treat it as a fraud transaction.
