| 2026-07-16 | Tb***** | I take an injection every 15 days but app always sets a one week interval. Forcing me to fix it every time. It frequently forces me to manually sign in because it fails to complete a Face ID and keychain process. | |

| 2026-06-06 | Jj***** | Ever since I got my iPhone 16 Pro Max updated to iOS 26, notifications do not show my way as a compatible app. When I go to apps on my phone settings, my way only list and such as being a searchable app, but as far as notifications go, it doesn’t give me the opportunity to turn them on or off. Whenever I uninstall the app and reinstall the app, it does ask me a prompt to allow notifications, but even if I choose allow notifications are not an option within the settings on my phone. What the hell is going on? I have missed my dose so many times because of this that now I’m dosing on Fridays instead of Mondays this is ridiculous!!!!! | |

| 2026-05-09 | Dz***** | Suddenly I am not allowed to add journal entries. And the app keeps reminding me I have not added a journal entry. How could I add one if I am not allowed to??? | |

| 2026-05-06 | Ma***** | I’ve tried contacting the team for about a month and have not been able to get them to update the copay card information even though it was confirmed via phone, poor customer experience and frustrating that this is the way to get the shot. | |

| 2026-03-15 | To***** | Currently, I have a glitch that is making the app. Tell me at least three times a day that I missed my “last dose on January 14” even though it is March. I did not miss that dose either. | |
